This notice explains how Gusto Style Sdn. Bhd. collects, uses and protects your personal data, in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

1. Personal data we collect
- Contact and business details you type into our order or enquiry forms: name, company name, company registration number, email, phone number, billing address, industry, business stage and any notes or messages you send us.
- Order details: services bought, order reference, totals and payment status.
- Information you share during a service, such as business figures and staff details.
- Website data: the cookie that holds your shopping cart, and the IP address, browser type and pages requested that appear in our server logs.
2. How we collect it
- When you place an order, send us an enquiry or fill in a form on our website.
- During consultations and projects.
- Automatically, through our server logs and the cart cookie, when you use our website.
3. Why we use it
- To process your order, confirm your payment and send your order emails, which serve as your receipt.
- To schedule and deliver services, and prepare deliverables.
- To reply to enquiries and give customer support.
- To send service updates and, if you agree, marketing messages.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. Payments
You pay by bank transfer from your own bank. We never collect or store payment card details, because the payment happens at your own bank. If you send us a transfer receipt, we keep it with your order record to confirm your payment.
5. Who we share it with
- Service providers who support our business, such as IT, hosting, email and accounting providers, who must keep it confidential.
- Licensed professionals, such as lawyers or tax agents, only when you ask us to refer you.
- Government bodies and authorities, when the law requires it.
We don’t sell your personal data.
6. Whether you must give us your data
Contact and order details are required to process your order and deliver your service. If you don’t provide them, we can’t complete your order. Any other information is voluntary.
7. How we protect and keep it
- We use reasonable security measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access to client files.
- We keep order and payment records for 7 years, as Malaysian tax and company law requires. Other personal data is deleted once we no longer need it for the purposes above.
8. Transfers outside Malaysia
Some service providers, such as email or cloud storage providers, may store data on servers outside Malaysia. When this happens, we take steps to keep your data protected to a standard similar to the PDPA.
9. Your rights
- Ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete data we no longer need.
- Withdraw your consent, or ask us to limit how we use your data, including for marketing.

10. Cookies
Our website uses one signed cookie to keep your shopping cart working. We may use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used; if we do, we will say so here. You can turn cookies off in your browser, but some features may stop working.
11. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
